Do not bring you car here . Currently dealing with increased issues because of them . Brought in the car for regular tire rotation and tire balancing check . Got the car returned almost un-drivable with hard right pulling ( it didn’t have pulling before) . I requested an alignment and got only a 30$ discount ( even though it was their fault ) . Extremely unsafe that they didn’t even bother to test their work . As they were performing the alignment now they claim it’s a more serious issue and have to diagnose to see if warranty covers any damage . They are delaying any check and want us to go to fll without even doing the diagnose. Extremely unprofessional staff

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! They stole my Chanel wallet and thousands of my cash they don’t let the police to check the camera(they doesn’t care and nobody trying to help)I told them immediately when I drop off my car that I forgot my things and tell them I’m going to get it back but they close soon so ask me to get it in the morning and they will make sure nobody touches it and morning they say my car is ready and I went to pick up my wallet and cash gone.

I have owned 6 teslas & this has to be one of the best service centers I have been too not only is everyone nice but they actually listen to concerns & fix them accordingly I have a issue with my axle on my model x and they did a amazing job will definitely continue to visit this location for all of my Tesla service needs

Where do I start. The Dashboard came loose from factory. It took three service visits to fix and it’s still partially misaligned on the right side, but I was convinced they just couldn’t fix it so I lived with it. Then I noticed the trunk was misaligned so I brought the car in and they attempted to adjust the trunk to “correct” the misalignment issue. Now my trunk is misaligned worse than before and is leaking when it rains. In adjusting the trunk they also changed a rear small window without my consent and damaged the plastic cover that connects to the interior of window and left it. The connecting molding overhead is also loose now. Stay away from this service center if you value your vehicle. Take it to another center. The service team is very inexperienced. They will damage your vehicle.

This was my first experience as a Tesla service customer, and it was truly disappointing. Not only did they break my screen protector, but they also left all the plastic and materials from the repair scattered inside my car. The lack of communication between the service coordinator and customers is unacceptable. I was told I’d be informed if the repair took longer than an hour so I could get a loaner, but no one ever contacted me. After waiting over 3 hours while the app continued to say “repair in progress,” I finally went to the counter only to be told my car had been ready for a while. When I voiced my frustration, the coordinator simply blamed “the system.” Completely unprofessional experience, never again will I bring my car to this location.
