My experience with Tesla Service has been nothing short of outstanding. The entire process, from scheduling an appointment to communicating with the service team through the app, is incredibly simple and efficient. Receiving and returning a loaner vehicle was seamless and handled almost entirely through the app, making the experience unlike any other service center I've dealt with. The staff were courteous, kind, professional, and always quick to respond. Tesla has truly modernized the service experience, and it's impressive how far ahead they are compared to traditional dealerships. I couldn't be more pleased with how easy and stress-free the entire process was.
