Tesla Service Corte Madera

Cheyenne Lewis has been an exemplary part of Tesla. People are not quite aware of exactly how much this man does to make the Tesla experience impeccable. He has been challenged with health issues due to his tremendous focus on achieving the best results across the board for Tesla customers and I am asking everyone to pray for his switch recovery and the time he deserves to live out his older years in peace and in good health. Cheyenne is the reason THIS Tesla service center is at the level it is in a valuable customer experience. I truly hope there will be many more good people like him who get up every day early so he can be there when people need to have their teslas serviced. Thank you.

I had a defective tire replaced on short notice. They got it done, but it took far longer than they said it would.

Cheyenne Lewis, the service advisor, was awesome. All the car problems were fixed, and before that, we got a bunch of options for repairs based on what we could afford and needed. Plus, our car was fully charged when we picked it up, which just shows how much attention to detail and great customer service they have.
