Tesla Service Costa Mesa

All concerns were addressed and fixed. I will totally recommend you take your Tesla there.

Useless... they refused to fix poor workmanship of a repair by Tesla's own service center. The lead service advisor told me "warranty won't cover workmanship issues..."! Guess they made my decision to not buy another Tesla that much easier!

I’ve been to this Tesla location a few times now, and the service is consistently excellent. Most recently, Jesus helped me with a windshield replacement, and he was amazing, attentive, honest, and quick to get things done. The turnaround here is always fast, and my car comes back spotless and in pristine shape every time. The customer service is genuinely kind, and I’ve never once felt overcharged or misled. Everyone is upfront and honest. Highly recommend this location to any Tesla owner. Thank you, Jesus, and the whole team!

Nothing gets done, at least for me lol They will not see me again in this place. And I guess that's their purpose in the first place.

Javier the worst service manager I’ve ever seen.
