Truly not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve been here twice and both experiences were lovely. However, this time I want to give a special shoutout to David, Mo, and Edgar for being so kind and helpful! I witnessed 3 other people not give basic pleasantries to the staff, demand the cars be repaired, and never utter the words thank you or please. Sometimes it’s not the staff but it’s the customer that is the issue. I will continue to bring my car back here whenever I need assistance.

This place is so bad. The people that work there aren't bad, but the way everything works is just terrible. Trying to call them or use the app results in absolute horrendous communication. I recently needed to have a aero shield replaced and it took 3 trips. The first time, I showed up so they could tell me they dont even have the part. This was after I called and texted through the app, asking why they couldn't handle this at the service center (instead of collision) so they could do the tire rotation at the same time. The second time, apparently the part was damaged from the factory so they couldn't put it on. This time they also changed the front camera harness as there was a bulletin for that from Tesla. When I picked it up, there was a bad smell in the car. It was very strong and possibly like nail polish remover or something. It was lingering for a few minutes so before I left I went back in and had someone come out to smell it. By that time, the smell was gone. I assumed it was something they did with the camera harness entering because it smelled like it could be a glue or something. The employee told me it was probably a dirty evaporator coil or air filter. When they did this camera harness work, they also shut one of the louvers so the AC was working very hard until I took it in again 5 days later to have the aero shield put on. At that time, I also had them change the air filter because of the smell still coming back. It should be changed ever 2 years per Tesla, but in this case it was changed at 11 mos. They also recommended cleaning the evaporating coils. I declined that because I've never heard of that needed to be done and ask if they could tell me that was for sure the issue before doing it. Anyway, fast forward 6 weeks later and the smell is still there on starting up. I try to schedule an evaporative coil cleaning and they schedule me a filter change. I try again, and they schedule me a tire pressure check. Finally I call and they tell me they no longer do evaporative coil cleaning. This is ridiculous. I now know it's a known issue with Teslas and they've decided to stop addressing it. They also didnt give any explanation about that in the app. I had to call to find out they stopped doing it. The level of service at this place is absolutely garbage. I've told them more than once, their service is the worse part of owning an otherwise great car. This is only part of the bad service I've received here. Another time my car software started glitching. Major issues that were happening while I was driving. I tried to schedule through the app and they have me an appointment 2 weeks out. when I messaged through the app, they said these were important issues and to just come in. I come in that day and they said "is it still doing it right now?'" I said no, after three reboots it finally seems to have cleared up for now. They said, ok well just bring it back next time it does that again. Another wasted trip to the service center. I could go on and on by how disorganized and poorly run this place is. Again, I dont think it's the individual people working here. I think it's just poorly designed from the top down.

Service desk people are very polite and helpful! Had my HV battery die on a work road trip and they took great care of me. Their phone system is wonky but that's not the center's fault. My 2018 model X was back on the road in three business days, they gave me a loaner to get home and were very communicative throughout the process.

I generally hate taking cars in for repair. No matter what brand of car at whatever dealership, it always feels like its going to be a battle. I took my Tesla in for a warranty issue to replace a charging module. My appointment was 14 days out and I couldn't charge so I just went over there early and explained what was going on and they slotted me in earlier which I though was super cool. I had a great experience all around. My advisor, CJ, was excellent. He really seemed to listen and care. He got me a similar loaner car to use which I wasn't expecting and they finished the repair a day earlier than planned. All in all it was substantially better than I was expecting. If I have one small gripe its that you can't ever really talk to anyone on the phone. Everything is through the app or text which sometimes makes it hard to communicate the entirety of things that are going on, but I guess I'm old fashioned in that I still like to actually talk to people :-) Otherwise I was super happy overall. Nice work.

I got mobile service for mirror assembly. I paid 845 dollars. They did not had cover for mirror assembly and I was told it will arrive in 2-3 days. Technician marked service as complete. Now Tesla service center wants me to come the the center and pay 220 dollars for the cover. There is no way to communicate directly. We messaged it multiple times through app. I tried calling real national no but it get disconnected each time. Horrible customer service. no real person to talk to. Stay away from Tesla and their service center.
