Here’s the bad and the good: BAD: * Delays: A 4-hour windshield replacement job took 2 full days. They need to be honest upfront about how delayed they are instead of making excuses. * Communication: I was pushed to return the loaner with storage fee threats when I had to accommodate my work schedule around their delays. * Bad Advice: By Tesla’s own service manual, a 24-hour period is required before high-speed driving and hitting bumps. This safety instruction was not disclosed and I was told the opposite. * No Glass Prep: They didn’t clean off the factory shipping oil from the windshield, so I could barely see after a light rain. For a premium price, they should do basic prep like Safelite does. GOOD: * George: George was professional, kind, and helpful. He accommodated a loaner or Uber credits if needed and reached out to address the issues. * Process: Check in and Check out were great. Fast and super easy. FSD Loaner is awesome.

So far worst Tesla Service Center I’ve dealt with, have yet to even be able to go in-person as they constantly reschedule the day before and don’t care about people’s schedules. Go to any of the other service centers for actual service. Not sure what’s wrong with the scheduling / management of this site since it’s brand new…

I had the BEST experience here. I’ve always avoided dealerships with previous vehicles because of the hassle and cost. Brought my Model S here and the experience was far beyond my expectations. Smiling and happy employees, a VIP experience, communication every step of the way, and a loaner to use for the day. I say this constantly, but I’ll never buy another vehicle after owning a Tesla and this service experience further confirms my love for this brand. The only thing that could make it better would be a complimentary wash. George was wonderful. Give him a raise.

Save yourself the headache. Go to Eatonville. Or probably anywhere else. I tried this location as it was more convenient to me. Very poor decision on my end. Very poor customer service, hidden fees, even lies about safety. When 2 service guys contradict themselves it’s really disheartening. I feel my whole experience has made me feel this location has no integrity.

First time at Tesla service and it was seamless. Had a few problems with my X and they were receptive and thorough at the dealership. George in service helped us out and was very kind and personable. Really couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience, so thank you all. Give George a raise!!!
