Tesla Service Deer Valley

I’ve visited only twice but each time was a fantastic and speedy experience. One visit included a tire rotation because it was veering to the right a bit. They tested it with me in the car before and after to ensure it was good to go. The other visit was a loose cable with the emergency door latch and I was in and out within an hour. This is my go-to if I need service again.

In July of 2025 my 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance began having air conditioning issues. The car would not cool off. I scheduled an appointment with Tesla service. They could not get my car in for 5 weeks. When I finally dropped the car off in August of 2025, Tesla service told me the issue was road debris damaging the radiator. The car had only been driven on city highways. They stated because of this, the computer overheated. They claimed there was no thermal protection on he computer. The Tesla Technician stated the only way to prevent this from happening again was to purchase an aftermarket mesh grit ill to cover the stock grill. I did this. I had to pay $3,400 to replace the computer on a 2 year old car. Now, 10 months, the car generates errors when trying to engage Auto Steer functionality and the cars cabin overheat protection is not turning on to cool the car. I made an appointment with Tesla service. They assured me that cabin overheat protection is for passenger comfort only and not necessary for the car, even though they had previously stated the last computer overheated due to the air conditioner not working. The warranty on the part is 12 months and 12,000 miles. I’ve driven 18,000 miles since the repair. So, Tesla is ants to charge me another $3,400 to replace a part they replaced 10 months ago. This is not a “wear and tear” component that should be subject to mileage restrictions. They cannot tell me what caused the computer to fail a second time in 10 months. I cannot keep paying $3,400 every 10 months to replace computer chips. The car is only 3 years old. This repair should be covered by Tesla because clearly they did not fix the underlying cause in August 2025 and as a result of their poor workmanship, the issue occurred again. The part does not degrade with miles driven, so the part should be covered under the 12 month warranty.

From start to finish, a great experience. This was my first time using the service center and it was perfect. Car went straight in at my appointed time. The best surprise was that they completed everything within the day. Originally the app quoted the completion date would take 2 days.The front sales room and waiting area was clean,roomy and grateful for the snacks and water. They fixed what was needed and didn't attempt to oversell me on unnecessary components/ upgrades. The technician found a lost credit card and brought it to me during repairs. The representative at the check in continued to give me updates and my options for repairs/ replacements. Things to know as a first timer: 1. Don't pull up to the roll up gate,park the car in a parking spot. 2. Everything is done through the app,updates, payment,etc. 3. A loaner vehicle isn't always available.

We had a wonderful experience with the service at this location. My rep went above and beyond! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. Great customer service

This is the BEST Car AND service experience ever. Shout out to Brian Janulis and Darius who litterally saved my time and day... He needs to be running with spacex or beyond (thats a hint to you Elon!).
