Tesla Service Delray Beach

By far the best experience I’ve had going to a dealer sense starting to drive my model S. Brandon in service is great, he went well above and beyond and made everything fast, easy, and stress free. Everything was taken care of how I would have liked and better. Highly recommend this service center and definitely thanks to Brandon.

Manager will try to make you over pay look at your bill got charge for the same thing twice bad customer service

This is the best Tesla Service Center. I live in Broward County and would prefer this location. Its actually closer for me than the East Fort Lauderdale. Lloyd took great care of me. I only got out my car to take a loaner home, and my wait time was about 25 mins from the time I pulled up, to getting on the road with my loaner. Lloyd actually listened to me and simply got the job done. He was also able to address another concern while waiting on a part. Fort Lauderdale is the absolutely worse place to service your Tesla. They didnt fix my issue over 3 visits, but Delray did it in one visit. Delray is top tier! 👌🏿 It actually felt like I owned a luxury car and got a real luxury car type experience. 🫡 Salute to whomever manages this location. They're doing a SUPERB job!!! Maybe they need to train the manager from Fort Lauderdale service center or maybe its just the employees. Either way, I had an awesome experience and couldn't wait share my experience.

Third time I’ve had a great experience at the service center. The service advisors and the manager, Fred, have always been fair and honest when dealing with me. The one time I challenged the pricing, I shopped around and found that they were very fairly priced. I do believe service centers in general get a bad rap because of a history of trying to sell people things they don’t need, and I don’t believe that is the case here. What I have seen more than once is people asking Tesla or these service advisors to do things that are out of scope for them.
