Tesla Service Denver-Littleton-Broadway

The simplest and most transparent auto service experience I’ve ever had of any car manufacturer. Easy to set up appointment in the app and smooth communication during the visit. The Littleton service center has a nice waiting area for when a courtesy vehicle isn’t available. The staff at this location has been great to work with; Luis was very helpful in addressing my needs

Tesla service is just light years ahead of all other manufacturers. I’ve worked with so many dealerships over the years and it’s always a hassle, with dingy dark service centers. Everything is preloaded through the app you drop it off. They gave me a loaner. It was done within a day. I don’t even have to talk to an advisor to pick it up and drop off the loaner. AMAZING SERVICE

I had a CCS retrofit charger placed today. Service was spectacular!! No kidding. Everyone SO friendly! I waited in the lounge till my ride came. Price for for the retro was extremely reasonable! An adapter was included in the bundle!! My tire pressures were adjusted and my vehicle charged. Now I can finish my road trip back to Virginia without the stress free. I was faced with chargers I was unable to use on my to Colorado from Virginia. Or if I was able to use it, it was going to take 11 hours!!! Now I can adapt to the chargers that aren't Tesla and charge hyper fast!! Also, My son came to pick me up and decided to test drive a vehicle. He was put in the driver's seat and everything explained. Went for a test drive. Then dropped the sales person off and went on another test drive.
