Staff were professional, efficient and friendly. Service was completed sooner than estimated Will definitely return when needed.

I agree with this one star rating. If you have an appointment just bring it early. They do not take people in order of arrival. They kept taking people in front of me as the person who greeted me with car only says hello. I had bad luck and did not actually get a service person. He did not know how to turn off the PIN code and I could not check in on the app. It takes a bit to get helped. They may say they have a loaner but then they do not. You have to just pay for your own ride share. Plan accordingly.

Ongoing horror story with a 2025 Model 3 RWD Long Range's battery replacement at this service center: Brand new Model 3 RWD Long Range (official usable capacity ~80 kWh), less than 1 year old and under 9,000 miles. * One day, a sudden on-screen alert appeared: battery fault, can only be charged to 50%, with instructions to book service. * I booked service but had to wait 3 weeks before the car could be taken in. * During the wait, the battery could only charge to 33%. I requested a loaner car—denied. I was stuck driving a faulty car with severely limited range for three weeks. * I requested a brand-new battery pack instead of a remanufactured one. The service center insisted on a remanufactured pack, but promised it would match or exceed the original battery’s capacity. * The car was finally returned on Dec 8. At 100%, the estimated range showed 307 miles, compared to 363 miles originally. * Further analysis of driving data indicates the remanufactured battery has only 45–50 kWh usable capacity. It appears that an older standard-range battery pack (nominal ~60 kWh) may have been installed instead of a long-range pack. I repeatedly requested the battery data used to justify this replacement. Despite multiple promises from different staff members, no data was ever provided, and the in-app service conversation was abruptly closed. I called the service center again on Dec 15 and followed up on Dec 23. I was told they were “still checking”.
