Tesla Service Dublin- Houston Place

I had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning for windshield replacement. The parking is a constraint at the drop off location, despite me being early appointment holder. They did a quick and good job.

Came here to get my windshield replaced and was happy with the staff and their help. I did have an issue that the courtesy car they gave me was dead and had a broken windshield and was a bucket. Something that made me very nervous was watching the kid wearing a beanie moving customers cars to the back for repair extremely fast in the parking lot and driving others cars like a crazy person. There is room for improvement here and it needs to start with their staff being professional. After seeing this guy speeding with customers cars I didn't leave until I saw my car get moved to the back. Thank God someone else moved my car but dam come on don't make customers feel uncomfortable.

Our experience with Tesla service has been extremely frustrating. We purchased the extended warranty with the understanding that it would cover major repairs and function like a deductible. We’ve also brought the car in multiple times for the same ongoing noise concern, yet the issue remains unresolved. Despite this, Tesla is now charging us a significant unexpected amount out of pocket. This directly contradicts what was explained to us by the representative at the time of estimate approval. The lack of transparency and failure to resolve a recurring issue is unacceptable. Tesla needs to stand by what was promised and address this properly.

Horrible service! Had to wait for service for 10days for a water leak. Supposed to take one day for repair. Now it says on the app it will take 4 days. They don’t answer text or on the phone. No way to leave a message. Totally rotten service and out of my way too. Have to drive 45min to get to service place. NEVER a Tesla again! 3 time in the shop in 18month on a new car!

Had a pretty good experience at this location. First time being here for service. App was pretty straight forward and clear. You literally don't need to talk to anyone and everything is done through the app. Drop off the car and pinpoint where the car is located. Then wait for service to complete (if it can be done within the day). Once service is done, you can go pick up the car and confirm it has been pick up through the app. I did make an appointment in advance (2 weeks ago). I think Tesla has probably one of the best car service ever. No hidden fees, pretty straight forward. If you book your appointment ahead of time. They will give you an estimate through the app. I did encountered some hiccup in terms of estimated pricing was incorrect but it has been resolved after addressing with the customer service through the app. I forgot to mention. The app also gives you the status of the repair which is super helpful when you're wondering about it. At the end of service, there's a summary of repair completed in the app. I think it's so amazing how tech has evolved so much and how Tesla is constantly finding ways to improve it's own services and products. Forever a fan :D
