This is the first time I've serviced my 2022 MY - Teslas don't need much service, and everything was great. Car was done on time and service advisor actually contacted me to discuss one of my requests as it didn't make sense to do at the moment and I'd have to do it again soon, instead of just doing it. Overall, I was very happy to service my car there and won't hesitate to come again.

My Tesla Model 3 had a big break issue, and had to be towed to the Tesla Eatontown service center about 10 days ago. The service advisors, Kyle and Eric, provided timely assessment of the issues, and patiently advised me with the essential repairs needed. After the repairs, the car is in very good condition. Also, the costs for the repairs are reasonable. A big thank-you to the service center staff!
