Steve, the Service manager was absolutely incredible. I rushed my car in without an appointment because it kept shutting off while I was driving and I was very concerned with the safety. Steve immediately started the process to get it repaired even though I did not have an appointment. He sensed my concern and made me feel at ease. He was thorough and explained that he would have his technician start on it immediately. He then gave me a loaner car and even helped transfer my belongings to it. He is by far the best manager I have ever dealt with in any industry. Truly impressive!

This is really a nice place and people here are very nice and patient explaining things. I just had best experience ever in the service center. Bailee was the guy who helped us! We were there for minor issues fix and maintenance on a recent acquired car. Bailee listened to our requests and addressed all the concerns. Super nice guy!

Brought my juniper in due to front bumper camera issue. The diagnosis and repair took a little longer than I anticipated. Michelle explained to me in great details why they needed to do a more thorough assessment than just a simple software update. She even offered a complimentary buffing on a minor scratch on my car door. Excellent service!
