Tesla Service Englewood

The service appointment was made entirely through the Tesla App. It's my second time here in a month. The first was to replace the low voltage battery originally scheduled as a remote repair. The remote service tech fell ill so I decided to pick the battery up myself and DIY. However the service manager said they could fit me in, which was great because service is booked about 2 weeks in advance. And I wouldn't have to DIY. This center is relatively new. It has a large service area, a showroom for 5 cars, and a lounge waiting area. The lounge is comfortable and fully stocked with refreshments, coffee, and small snacks. My wife enjoyed the amenities and borrowed a USB charger to wait out the unexpected service. This second appointment went as scheduled. I could follow the maintenance steps through the app. Pretty neat.

Amazing service from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, and truly cared about helping me. They quickly resolved the issue with the window on my Model Y and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I recently brought my Tesla to the Englewood Service Center and wanted to recognize my service advisor, Emanuel, for making the entire experience outstanding. From the moment we spoke, Emanuel was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to every concern I had, thoroughly explained the service process, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He even shared his own experiences as a Tesla owner, which made the conversation feel personal and authentic. What really stood out was his passion for his work. He mentioned he’s been with Tesla for 10 years, and it absolutely shows through his knowledge, confidence, and charisma. He also took the time to recommend other Tesla vehicles and features without ever making me feel pressured. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Emanuel made what could have been a routine service appointment into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Because of him, I’ll be returning to the Englewood Service Center for all of my future service needs. Tesla is fortunate to have employees like Emanuel representing the company.

I had a great experience with this service center. The guys at the front desk, Daniel and Emmanuel were amazing and Kevin the technician was outstanding. He explained and showed me what was going on with the car noise i was experiencing. He was very honest and upfront and I appreciate that. Thank you to the amazing crew here!

I’ve taken both of my Teslas to this service center for maintenance issues, and every experience has been smooth and positive. Massiel, my Service Advisor, is always pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the whole process stress-free. The customer waiting area is clean, nice, and comfortable, with coffee, water, sodas, and snacks available—small touches that really make a difference while you wait. Your Tesla vehicles are truly in good hands at this service center. Highly recommended!
