Ignore the bad reviews they are more than likely bots. I took my 2020 model 3 for a CAN bus error service here at the Fife Tesla Service and my experience was great. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Since my model 3 had to stay longer than originally anticipated aka 5 days, I was given a demo car through the good will and courtesy of this Tesla Service center location because they were out of loaner vehicles. I was very happy and reliefed as I do not live close to this location. The team here at the Fife location took their time to ensure they resolved my vehicles issues and they only charged me the approved amount for the service provided. The team even went above and beyond and checked my tire pressures and windows out of courtesy. I highly recommend this Tesla Service center for your vehicle needs. Nhabtu was especially helpful and he made sure all our needs were met. Im very happy with the service provided by the entire team and my car is back to operating smoothly again!!! I also left images of my cars error codes and the demo car they let me borrow(Model Y) and the loaner car when one became available, that I picked up after dropping off the demo car.

I arrived at the Tesla Service Center in Fife at 10:45 AM and was told the service would take approximately 2 hours. I planned my day around that timeframe. At 2:30 PM, I went to check on my vehicle because I hadn’t heard anything. I was then told, “Oh yea, oops, we forgot to call you to tell you your car is done.” It was at that point that I realized they had also not fixed the crack in my windshield, which was one of the reasons I brought the car in. When I pointed this out, the employee said, “Oops, my bad. That was a misunderstanding.” He told me he would contact the service department and, if they couldn’t get me in, he would do it himself and that it would take 30 minutes maximum. I came back an hour later, only to discover that they had completely forgotten about it again. My windshield was still cracked and nothing had been done. I have now spent 5 HOURS sitting in the Tesla waiting room, and my windshield is STILL not fixed. The biggest issue isn’t even the wait. Things happen and delays happen. The unacceptable part is the complete lack of communication, follow-through, and ownership. If I had been told at 10:45 AM that this would be an all-day ordeal, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was repeatedly given information that wasn’t accurate, forgotten about multiple times, and left sitting here for hours. A simple apology doesn’t make up for wasting an entire day of someone’s time. I expected significantly better from Tesla. The lack of organization and customer service at the Fife location is unacceptable.

Google should allow for a zero-star rating—or frankly, a negative rating—that is precisely the score I would assign this location without a second thought. As someone who has spent their career evaluating automotive retail operations and building high-performing sales floors, I can confidently state that this facility represents a catastrophic organizational failure. My professional assessment is that both the sales and service operations at this center should be immediately suspended. The sheer lack of professional courtesy, the complete absence of foundational customer service principles, and the baffling disregard for basic human decency are not just disappointing—they are actively detrimental to the manufacturer's brand reputation. I have evaluated operations across the country, and from the initial showroom engagement to the service drive follow-through, this was definitively the most abysmal automotive consumer experience I have ever encountered. This isn't a matter of a single bad day or an isolated oversight; it is a systemic collapse of standard operating procedures. Every single member of the staff and management team requires immediate, intensive remedial training before interfacing with the public or any vehicle again.

Horrifying experience!!! Went in to get my inspection completed for my extended warranty and they failed my inspection stating that the technician heard noises and that my suspension controls need to be replaced. They provided no documentation whatsoever. Mind you, I’ve never ever heard a noise or had any problems from my vehicle. They had a second technician to take a look to find out about this particular noise and he never heard it! So, instead of passing me since that was the only thing they identified, they went back and failed 3 items that THEY HAD ALREADY PASSED ON MY INSPECTION just a couple hours earlier wanting to charge me $1407.60. These items would have been covered under my warranty whenever it would have actually been time to get them replaced but because they couldn’t find that bogus noise; they instead tried to find something else to fail me. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. Anyone experiencing this type of unethical service should be RUNNING, not walking, to report them to senior management, the BBB and ATTORNEY GENERAL who investigates these matters because WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
