Just dropped off my 2026 Model Y at this service center for the first time for a cracked windshield replacement, vibration/noise concerns and a prior warranty work correction. Daniel Z. was super helpful, explained everything in detail regarding insurance and how I will need to seek reimbursement from insurance after the repair, which is what I was expecting and was told by my insurance company for the windshield replacement through Tesla. (Tesla service does not deal directly with insurance). He assured me that they have an expert trained to do windshield replacements constantly so I should not be worried with anything on that replacement. He also encouraged me to fill out some additional forms for each noise/vibration issue reported and be as detailed as possible so the technicians can replicate them, and further diagnose and resolve the issues. He offered me a loaner which I was not expecting but was thrilled. So far, I dont get the terrible reviews. Daniel and the service team have been awesome. I will update my review later when all is done to provide a full review. Thanks Daniel and team! Update Post-Service 7/30/26: The team at Tesla Service of Fort Worth did an exceptional job on all my repairs. I was mostly worried about the windshield replacement but it seems to be going well so far. Hoping for some rain soon to make sure it's well sealed from leaks, but even if it had issues they reassured me I could bring it back in and it would be corrected under warranty if it was deemed an installation issue. So I do have that peace of mind. For the other vibration/noise items, each and every one of them was either diagnosed and/or resolved. My 2026 Model Y Juniper showed signs of the infamous suspension knocking and they replaced both front FUCA mounts and assembly to resolve the issue COMPLETELY. SO MUCH BETTER NOW! Overall my experience was great. Communication was clear all via the app and repairs were all accomplished on time per their initial estimate. Most all items were covered under my Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty. Be sure to be AS DETAILED as physical possible when explaining your noise/vibration issues. The more the technicians have to be able to replicate it, the easier they will be able to diagnose and repair it.

My experience with the Tesla Service Center in North Fort Worth has been consistently disappointing. I had an ongoing A/C issue that left me without air conditioning during the extreme Texas heat, yet my service appointment was moved just two days before I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in after I had already been waiting for weeks. What frustrated me most wasn’t just the delay—it was the lack of empathy and customer service. The female service advisor I worked with, especially on Saturdays, consistently came across as though she didn’t want to be there. Instead of trying to help or looking for possible solutions, the response was essentially, “Sorry, I can’t help,” with no effort to understand my situation or see if there were any alternatives. After multiple interactions like this, it became clear that this wasn’t just a one-time experience. Customer service is about more than simply following a schedule—it’s about listening to customers, showing empathy, and making a genuine effort to help. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location. Because of the way my situation was handled, North Fort Worth has lost my business. I’ll gladly drive farther to another Tesla Service Center where customers are treated with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help. I sincerely hope the customer service at this location improves because, based on my experience, I don’t believe I’ll be the last customer to take my business elsewhere.

Not sure on the bad reviews as Tommy, Gio, and crew are awesome. I am brutal with caliber of service at times and they have knocked it out of the park. They fixed both a bad rear end collision on my Model Y and repair some things that were unexpected on my Model S plaid. If it was not for the amazing people working at Tesla and FSD there would not be two in my driveway…. nor a 3rd in the near future. I was not even a Tesla fan and had allot of preconceived notions to overcome. I don’t mind supporting an awesome crew or company when they do a good job. Can’t please everyone so not sure in the end why people get unhappy with them. Sucks as after a collision people are already at max capacity of feelings so they are saints to tolerate it. The Used Car crew / people with Tesla need to do light years beyond Plaid better but that has no place here to overshadow a great team local to me.

Worst service experience ever. I parked my truck fine at night, next morning when i got in i saw three messages saying high voltage battery code and unable to charge, i went to supercharger it wasnt charging plugged at home not charging. Also, started high pitch noise from motor while driving. Fort worth service center is close to me so i took truck there, talked to service guy "Daniel Zaldivar", he noted the issue in 3 different line items and asked me to go to app and accept esrimate. I went to app and saw 3 items each $230 estimate for diagnosis, i explained that truck is less than year old and errors are on screen it is warranty issue so im not paying for diagnosis, he insisted that i need to accept for him to take in for service. I insisted that this is not something whoch needs diagnosis since errods are on screen and not charging so issue definitely is there you dont need to charge me for diagnosis, he flat out said if you cant accept diagnosis estimate i cannot take your truck in for service. At that point i said fine dont take it in and i walked out frustrated. Took it to flower mound service center, walked in and talked to "Russel" (great professional guy) he saw errors are legit so took the truck in right away and got me in loaner. Extremely happy with flower mound service center. I usually go to Dallas service center for my issues with truck and never had bad experience with guys over there. But NEVER going to fort worth service center again and would never recommend anyone to go there either.

I had an outstanding experience with the Tesla Service Center. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. They were professional, communicative, and extremely thorough. All of my issues were fully diagnosed and resolved, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about customer satisfaction, not just getting the car in and out. This was one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any dealership. Excellent work, great results, and a team that truly delivers. Highly recommended.
