I came without an appointment. Super friendly and helpful staff. Got my issues resolved quickly. Thank you very much!

Absolutely terrible service experience. This is already the SECOND time Tesla reschedules my appointment less than 24 hours before the visit after I had already organized my schedule around it and even returned from Miami because of this appointment. What makes it worse is that the issue they “repaired” previously was never actually fixed, because the exact same noise came back again. So not only do they waste your time with last minute reschedules, they also fail to properly repair the vehicle in the first place. There is zero respect for customers’ time at this service center. People have jobs, plans, families, and responsibilities. You cannot continuously move appointments at the last second and expect customers to just accept it like it’s normal. For a company that presents itself as premium and innovative, the service experience has been completely disappointing and unprofessional.

Great first time experience with the service center at Gainesville today. I asked to be seen urgently due to an upcoming trip on the weekend and they immediately responded to bring the car in. Within an hour I was on my way with all my issues resolved. Thanks!

Went in with three issues: needed a new 12V battery, quoted through app $260; billed me $330. Had two FOBs ordered through app to get programmed: no could do; wrong FOBS; gave me a customer service number; having issues with superchargers only putting out 35 amps; they never addressed whether it was the car of the chargers; i wanted them to test the system using their own superchargers.

Car computer died. It's impossible to reach any human via phone at Tesla (it's all AI that can't help you), and roadside service told me to just drive to the service center unannounced. Super friendly, helped me out immediately, gave me a great loaner and finished the repair faster than expected. Thank you everyone!
