Tesla Service Gilroy

It's a min or two past 5pm on monday the 24th (so technically closed) but the service tech (i forgot to ask for his name!) waited nearly an hour for me to get there and then asked the mechanic to fix an issue i was having with the underbelly of my car. Either guys could've easily said no, given it was after hours but they didn't. Instead, they extended courtesy and compassion that are usually reserved for buddies for my situation (I had driven hundreds of miles and needed to get home). I only wish Gilroy Tesla Service Center was close to qhere i lived (east bay). Thank you gentleman, you guys are the best of the best.

Today I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Brandon, my service advisor at the Tesla service center in Gilroy. he was the epitome of professionalism-kind, clear, and knowledgeable especially with the light bar I had installed on my truck .He took the time to explain every detail, ensured all my needs were met, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about my car. Tesla is truly lucky to have someone like Brandon on board. This kind of customer service is 5 stars plus-thank you, Brandon, for setting the gold standard!
