Tesla Service Glendale-9245 W Glendale Ave

I've had to bring my truck back here 3 times for the same PCS battery repair. They don't know what they are doing. I paid 130k for a truck and they don't even offer a loaner when you come in for service they always say all there cars are out. Embarrassing location for Tesla.

UPDATE- beware. The short of it. I had a warranty repair done. A few days later, and after 140 miles at freeway speeds, noticed a wiring harness hanging from the fender well. I took it back to service, and was told they are simply going to replace the metal piece that “popped off” because it is a 3 hour job. Soooo they will break your things and then refuse to fix it correctly. I will take the hit on not walking the vehicle, but a whole harness left out is unacceptable. So is refusing to correct your mistake. Shame on you Tesla. The vehicle itself is amazing. Your service center makes me not want to be a customer…… Save yourself some time and go to a different mechanic or different service center. The issue is from the top down. On two separate occasions, I ive reached out to the service manager and no reply. They don’t listen and are more concerned with either ignoring you or getting you out the door. The three times I’ve had it on for service, I’ve had to take it back twice for the same problem; that’s a 66% rework problem they have. Very disappointing when the service team ruins the experience that Tesla is supposed to provide.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had servicing a vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off, had no communication for four days. Told my vehicle was ready. Went to pick it up, neither of the concerns that I had voiced when I was there dropping the vehicle off or set the appointment for were performed. While trying to pick it up had another issue with the vehicle and no the service team is calling me a liar via their text thread in the Tesla app. Would highly not Recommend.

Joshua started by checking me in and provided a loaner vehicle, which I really appreciated. Initially, I didn’t think I would get one, so that was a great surprise. I also want to thank David Nissan for going above and beyond. He truly deserves a promotion to a senior level. He went out of his way to assist us in communicating with SilverRock. It was already the end of the day, and most people would have wanted to head home, but David kindly stayed on the phone, helped coordinate everything, and waited for the payment to be processed. While our vehicle was in the shop, he was also one of the service advisors who consistently answered our calls. He was patient, answered all our questions, and made the entire process much easier for us. Thank you all for the excellent service!
