Very smooth. The service department was also very courteous and helpful.
Victor Seborowski
Adam in the service department took great care of us. Helping us schedule an appointment on the app. Thanks Adam! Also the robot lady who answers the phone is the worst lol.

Had repairs made to my vehicle there twice now. Both interactions the team has gone above the standard of care. Communicate through the app, pick your set service time and review all inquiries or needs through the app and the team communicated within minutes. Had my vehicle for 3 years now and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and local service team.

I had an emergency situation and they managed to get me in same day to get it resolved.

A simple oil change apparently takes 7 hours.. with a scheduled appointment. They say they can give me a loaner vehicle but if they do they will have to prioritize other work and can’t guarantee the work will be complete today. Along with charging me $45 per day for the rental. Completely unacceptable. If you can take your car elsewhere, do it.
