No one comes into service for a spa day but somehow Canh always has me leaving relieved, and more knowledgeable about my vehicle. Service team gets cars in and out efficiently, and everyone there is so helpful even when I just have a question.

Hi, I have a new Tesla Y with only 5000 miles on it and a refill. The windshield wiper light came on or notice came on and there’s a special windshield wiper fluid for Tesla Model‘s and I didn’t have it so I went into the Service asking if I could buy it, but didn’t need to buy it the top topped it off I was greeted by Emily & Lana’i and they were so helpful, so knowledgeable, and gave great customer service and while I was here, I was able to take a break and have a nice cup of coffee from their Keurig machine. What valuable employees you folks have especially Emily and Lana’iand I hope they’re recognized and a very nice waiting area too so if you folks on a Tesla then stop by you’ll be pleasantly surprised I want to give them five stars and hope you recognize Emily and Lana’i. Excellent customer service, it kinda for me sucked not having a car for a little bit but understanding on an island they’re doing best they can and it’s always good to be patient. Also dealing with a third party warranty company(was a headache) guys at Tesla put me at ease and handled the inconvenience. When I had an issue after my repairs was completed, they made sure to care of it quickly, much respect for the integrity. Highly recommend, thanks to Canh for the help and the entire Tesla team!

Had new tires installed recently. Shortly afterwards the TPMS warning light comes on. Never happened before tire installation. I emailed Tesla service. Received a $240 estimate to evaluate the problem after I just purchased the tires, which includes a $140 diagnostic when there is a light in stating the problem?? Also have to pay a $100! deductible after the $240 before the extended warranty I just purchased kicks in. Very frustrating!!
