Tesla Service Houston-Cypress

I drive far away from home to come to this Tesla center . The people are very nice . For me I always get great service from Iliana . She is very good at her job and tries her best to help everyone .

Came in for a routine $65 tire rotation and left with an $865 bill. I drove 35 miles to the service center with no warnings or tire pressure alerts. I was informed that the alignment was out of spec and that a nail in the rear tire required replacement. When I asked what options were available, the response was essentially “replace the tire or leave it as is.” No explanation was provided regarding repairability or alternative options. The repair may have been necessary, but the communication and customer experience felt very much like a “take it or leave it” decision rather than a discussion of possible solutions.

Amazing service! Talked on the phone with Leilani and was able to get it service today! The manager and the other service workers were great when we dropped the car off! Was able to get a loaner car!

Joseph gets 5 stars for his outstanding work. The overall customer experience was terrible. I am a first time Tesla Owner and when I walked in, not one single person greeted me. I had to ask for help. Once I asked for help, the guy in the showroom said, “just check your app.” Elon should perform a self-evaluation on this delivery location. Not only was the customer service terrible upon entry, my delivery was delayed by three days.

I go here for all my service needs even though it’s a bit far due to the fact that they usually have the soonest availability out of all the Tesla locations throughout Houston. I initially came in for a diag for my stuck door panel and suspension issues for my 2021 Tesla Model Y and was greeted by my service advisor, which by the way, any questions or concerns that were addressed were addressed swiftly before, during and after my appointment and I was also given a loaner vehicle in the meantime while my services were performed. Check in and check out of service was smooth and overall would come again for my services despite it being far.
