Tesla Service Irvine

I want to express my gratitude for Tesla’s exceptional service. They are dedicated and genuinely committed to assisting their customers. Robert, in particular, stands out as an exceptional individual with remarkable skills. We are delighted to have chosen Tesla due to the outstanding after-sales service provided by their team.

THE WORST They’re probably great at talking; sometimes talking no sense. Went with serious violations of FSD, but they were never ready to acknowledge or even do a proper test drive. While I haven’t checked, my friends recommended going to Costa Mesa instead of the Irvine Service Centre.

They do a great job servicing my Tesla. Check in is incredibly fast (2 minutes), and they keep me updated on progress through the Tesla app and text messages.

They are very aggressive like salesman for repair, trying to push anything at any price, as soon as your out of warranty the attitude seems very different like they’re ready to cannabolize every dollar they can. Suddenly all the maintenance lights go in for small things like filter, windshield blades, and tire rotation that was never coming on prior to warranty ending. Obviously prices being higher than standard market price. And when my 12v battery needed to be replaced, it caused locking mechanism to fail and they tried to charge me $275 for diagnostic- ripoff for looking at what happened after they touched the car and messed it up, there is no accountability with Tesla. And most of all they are brash, aggressive and sharks, I wouldn’t go there if it were last choice. Try your luck elsewhere

Worst Tesla service center in terms of customer service. Very rude and unaccommodating. We usually go to Costa Mesa because they are so accommodating and easy to work with. Unfortunately it was a Saturday and Costa Mesa was closed so they sent us to Irvine.
