Tesla Service Jacksonville 11650 Abess Blvd

Changed my appointment to bring my car in to a mobile appointment. Charged me for a camera cleaning that had nothing to do with the issue. Argued with me the next day when I told them nothing had been fixed and said there was nothing they could do. You’re better off driving to Daytona.

The staff is super helpful. Arianna was instrumental in making our lease happen. She set up the test drive - extended which clenched the deal. Leased the exact same model as the test drive. Would highly recommend Tesla and Arianna at this location.

Been in for service several times now on my 2025 Model 3, and the experience is always excellent. Thomas and Jerry at the service desk are consistently outstanding — they immediately put you at ease, take care of everything, and have even hooked me up with a Cybertruck as a loaner. Christopher, the technician who worked on my car, was thorough and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Everything’s working perfectly now. Highly recommend this service center!

Unfortunately, Tesla Jacksonville appears to be the primary Tesla service center serving Northeast Florida. Given the region’s large and growing population, this creates a real inconvenience for owners. Even relatively minor issues, such as a flat tire, can require towing the vehicle long distances, sometimes close to or over 100 miles, leaving customers heavily dependent on this single service location ! Fortunately this location does offer a lounge and also free snacks and a very tiny office space with multiple plugs to get work done while your car is in service.

Excellent Tesla Service Center experience. My 6K service included tire rotation and camera maintenance. They quickly ordered a part and provided a clean loaner car. Communication was fast, clear, and detailed throughout. Staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location for top-tier service.
