The team at the Service Center was great, they were able to fix all of my issues with my Model S Plaid and were able to complete the repairs the same day. They even helped me with some technical issues with Tesla on the warranty agreement that Tesla had a weird software issue with.

INCREDIBLE service! I’ve had to fix some things on my model 3 twice now and each of the times I’ve been, I have recieved nothing but respect and efficient service from the staff. This time I visited to correct my camera alignment and safety features, the last was to fix my door that wouldn’t close, both times all of the problems were fixed with no following issues! Highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Dustin was amazing and helped so much with what I needed. Super fast service as well, and all of my needs were met. Perfect service. Thank you again, Tesla!

If I could give this service center and Tesla negative stars I would. I have a 2016 Model X and love the car itself. However customer service and servicing general there is a distain at this point. I have a recent experience with this service center and pure incompetence and disrespect doesn’t say enough. I had a vent window on my right passenger side that needed to be replaced. Upon trying to go the normal route through my insurance I was sent to Safelite because of such a “small” and lower cost than deductible. Upon trying to connect with them it was quickly realized that they had no experience and even verbalized themselves that they may repair and result in my door being inoperable due to a sensor. I went through Tesla at that point. I spent almost a month going back and forth through the app trying to get customer service to respond to be because they had no option to select the particular glass I needed and would not respond to the messages in the app and not answering the calls. I finally after several attempts and cancelled appointments on their end got them to at least update the estimate to get a true appointment for them to only cancel it the next hour. I finally got a rep on the phone and got another appointment scheduled and requested the part and service be updated. After sending more pics and talking to the rep I got an appointment about a week and half out and seemed like we were on track. Fast forward to the day before my mobile appointment and I’m receiving messages about more pics and confirming the part which I had just spent the last month going over and over again. They stated my appointment was on hold and still sent a tech the next day. The tech is trying to do his job and takes my window out thinking he has the part to replace it. Apparently WRONG!!!!!!! I end up spending the next 3 days going to the service center with them getting another tech saying the original tech may not have understood installation instruction then long and behold the other tech couldn’t do it either. As I continued each day interrupting my work and children I began to also express concerns for weather conditions. Then I spent 2 days continuing the rude disrespectful Dustin wrapping the window with plastic which failed. He tried to berate me in front of customers because he was overwhelmed stated he was doing everything possible all the while refusing to produce his manager. Even at one point while “wrapping” this window in front of me him and a service tech were openly complaining about management and cursing and dismissing my inquiries while they were doing it. I offered so many solutions to Dustin even as far as letting me purchase a OME salvaged part which is coming off another 2016 model so it will ensure fit to confirm if they would install. Continued to dismiss me. I spent until Friday having no idea how they intended to correct the situation. I again was heavy on having a hole on my door and having inclement weather and no other vehicle to ensure my job and children are maintained. I get a call about an hour before close today you have to go to collision good luck. I went off. Demanded no longer being passed over and needing the manager immediately. He would not provide the name or transfer me, put me on hold nothing. I get a call from the Gabby so called manager a few minutes before close and would you guess it I missed it trying to shuffle my kids and now find my own solution to a hole in my car that would’ve never been the case if the service center would have known and done their job!!!!!! Called Gabby back Monday morning first thing. First call on hold 20+ min hang up call again a little later. Then she’s conveniently in a meeting. Left a message for her no answer and no call to this moment. Meanwhile we’re in a heavy 10 day rain period I’m trying to makeshift their damage and deal with collision and not so much as a call. I could go on with finite details but I’m sure you have the gist of the level of incompetence that rages through this facility.

Had a creaking noise in my suspension, and I suspected it was the upper control arm (a known issue on Model 3s and labor is covered by Tesla for it) . I specifically listed that as the problem in my initial service request. When I took my car in, the tech never took me with him for a ride along. He took the car in the back and assured me it was actually the lower control arm and thus Tesla wouldn't cover the labor portion. Ended up paying $1700 to have the lower arm replaced. I picked up my car after they had closed, and the squeak was still there. Called them back for another appointment, and this time the tech did a ride along. After having it in the back again, they confirmed it was indeed the upper arm causing the noise, and they would replace it at part cost. So long story short, I ended up paying for a lower control arm I didn't need, nor asked for. I emailed the lead service advisor (Jesse Lemanski) of this issue, and I never received a reply or call back. Find someone else to fix your Tesla.

Just picked up our Model Y after having a camera cleaning done. Service was great and the service representative, Randall was very friendly. We were in and out and our camera is no longer giving us visibility warnings.
