Tesla Service King of Prussia

The service was wonderful, the staff were very friendly, and everything really felt great. Thank you very much.

Waited over two hours, past my promised completion time with zero updates. I finally had to ask what was going on and was told, “just another 10 minutes.” That turned into another 45+ minutes, and I’m still waiting. It honestly feels like nothing happened until I went to the desk to ask. I’ve owned seven Teslas, and the service has only gotten worse over the years. Poor communication, painfully slow service, and a complete disregard for customers’ time. Would not recommend.

Great service center from what my experience has been so far. The process smooth and easy. Both were very accommodating, communicative, and great to work with throughout the visit.

Love the Tesla service model with the app. Not perfect still a few things I wish were a little more obvious but still better than any traditional car service. Needed to get the camera cleaned and other things the car noticed but I didn't. All for free. Amazing.

First time at this location. Service was good and quick for the most part. It is a little ways from me but the prices are surprisingly cheaper than places close to me for tire rotation. Definitely recommend.
