Tesla Service Lake Elmo

Very good work and awesome job. When they say it's going to be done they are on the money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tesla service at the new Tesla Service Center location. I was not given the pricing that was originally promised, and I ended up spending over $2,100 for a similar issue that still wasn’t properly resolved. As a Tesla owner since 2014, I expected much better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the staff here were unhelpful, had a poor attitude, and seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. The overall customer service experience was frustrating and below expectations. After service done I drove home my car had shaken i send message but no reply even putting brand new rear drive unit I hope Tesla improves training and accountability at this location because this level of service does not reflect the brand’s reputation.

Been here 1/2 a dozen times these guys are great.

This is a nice location. I've had service completed on my 2023 MY here a few times. The waiting area is comfortable and the service team has always been timely in matching my service time estimates.

I have now had my car in six times for the same simple front trunk latch issue. The staff here is incredibly nice, the service room clean, the Wi-Fi fast, but they cannot fix the most simple issue for me. I can't even call the car a lemon, as it's been this only thing that has been a problem, but they cannot get it fixed.
