The worst experience I’ve ever had. The technicians were not nice or helpful at all. I will never bring my Tesla here ever again. We live out of town and had to drive 2 cars to bring it down and confirmed when we made the appointment that we would be able to leave the vehicle there for a couple days while we went on vacation because it was on the way. When we got our Tesla here they refused to help us and told us we were liars that no one would tell us that. Instead of letting us take the car to the other location where they claim we must have talked to someone, they just took the car back and started working on it. The “manager” has no idea how to be a manager. If you have a Tesla don’t waste your time. Very unprofessional.

Tesla service is awesome! They did an amazing job for a cracked windshield and they also did an amazing job getting our supercharge taken care of for our model x. Marco helped us with our model 3 (which had the crack) and he went above and beyond for us. On the way home after the windshield replacement, our FSD was acting funny and he did a great job talking us through everything. Just came back yesterday for our model x to have the battery inspected. Joshua and Irving were very helpful and talked us through everything. Everything ended up being just fine and we got it all taken care of. We will continue coming to this location for all our tesla service! Thank you Marco, Joshua and Irving. You guys are the best!

Service availability within one day. Great loaner provided for me during the service. Paid exactly what was estimated. Update: Immediately following my ~100,000mi brake service, one of my electronic parking brake actuators began failing. Took the vehicle back within a week, and was told that it was "unfortunate timing" after never having had a brake problem before in the life of the vehicle. They would not fix the issue they caused. The bottom line is that there is a recurring theme that Tesla does not stand by the service they accomplish. There is no guarantee, warrantee, or standing by any work that they do. I've elevated the issue to corporate and had no response. I won't be going back here. I was told that there was no way that they could have damaged the EPB during a brake service (cleaning and lubrication), however their own published service manuals repeatedly state cautions regarding ways that the EPB may be damaged if not handled properly (brute force, excessive lubrication, etc). They will lie to your face and ask you for $1000+ to fix the issues they've caused.

I brought my Model Y in for two separate issues: 1. Recurring wire insulation damage 2. The primary phone key not receiving vehicle alerts. Regarding the wire damage: This is the second occurrence within 30 days. I was informed that Tesla uses soy-based wire insulation and that environmental damage is not covered under warranty. However, my other vehicle parked in the same location has not experienced this issue. Despite the recurrence, the responsibility was shifted to “environmental factors,” and I was asked to approve repairs rather than receive a warranty-backed solution. Regarding the primary phone key / alert issue: I followed all recommended steps — deleting phone keys, re-pairing devices, logging out, resetting Bluetooth, at significant time burden to me. The issue persists. I was told “no repairs are needed” because the vehicle itself is functioning. That ignores the fact that the primary driver is not receiving vehicle alerts, which is part of the ownership experience. Communication was transactional and deadline-driven (“please respond by today”) rather than solution-oriented. Notes from in-person discussions were not documented as promised. Calls were missed. The burden of responsibility consistently felt like it was shifted to me - which might be acceptable if I could navigate Tesla’s back channels / see what they can see. I expected a higher level of ownership and diagnostic rigor from Tesla. Instead, I received deflection and procedural responses.

Was 2 hours late for my appointment and the technician was still able to squeeze me in to get my car fixed. The staff was pleasant, especially Irving who has best in class customer service skills. Expectations were exceeded
