Tesla Service Las Vegas - West

My experience was good: although I needed to wait 3 weeks for a booked appointment, since my issue (Model Y - coolant level low) was a drivability issue, I was able to walk in. The service rep, Samuel P, was very helpful and got me an uber credit. They quoted up to like $200 for the diagnostic but apparently they only bill for the time the tech actually spends with the car so the charge was much less.

07/22/2026. Went to go buy a replacement battery. (DYI) so I don’t have to pay for labor, It should range from $85-$115 but they charged me $150. ??? With no labor involved. I asked the lady why it’s not $85 she said IDK it’s like other things why does anything go up. Ok. ✅ I guess you can charge whatever you like 👍 then I asked how much was it for the service? she said it would be $20 more. So if anyone that paid more than $170 then you got scammed. Thanks.

Caesar your manager of service is an absolutely fantastic employee!! You are so lucky to have someone who treats each job like it’s his own car!!! I couldn’t believe how attentive and elevated this experience was compared to my other visits to Tesla service after owning 5 Tesla’s all bought directly from Tesla! Caesar made sure I’m a lifelong Tesla owner!!!

I had a very stressful experience while driving my Tesla Model Y from California to Las Vegas. On our return trip, the vehicle suddenly shut down due to high-voltage battery errors, leaving us stranded on I-15 South. The car had to be towed to the Tesla Service Center on West Sahara. From the moment my car arrived, Cesar took exceptional care of everything. Since I was already back in California, he coordinated the entire repair process remotely and made everything as easy and seamless as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and provided outstanding customer service during a very stressful situation. Thanks to Cesar and the entire West Sahara team, my Model Y was repaired quickly and is now back in perfect working condition. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, communication, and dedication to helping me. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in such good hands. Thank you again, Cesar and the entire West Sahara team, for turning a stressful experience into such a positive one. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I’m happy to be safely driving my Tesla back home to California.

Let me tell you. It is amazing to find people that still care about you, your ride and attention to detail. David took extra time to explain to me in detail issues with my MCU2 upgrade. He has been a lifeline. Dee the service manager went to bat for me and recognizes effort and people. My issue went up to the regional manager who was compassionate about my case and did well with customer service.
