Tesla Service League City

I have talk my Tesla model s to inspect yoke steeling wheel peeling. To see by service advisor. There even don’t look and trying get close. There say you don’t repost right the way when happen peeling. So Tesla not to warranty. Advisor saying service saying happen to a lot of Tesla. .

Staff was nice but my car was totally misdiagnosed. My car has been squealing when I turn at low speeds. They reassured before repairing after the second estimate that it was the Upper arms but after that repair, I was told they have to replace the whole suspension to find the issue. I asked if it was anyway to try out the lower lateral links instead and they denied. A few days later my car sounds the absolute same, and to top it off, it was noted in the repair notes that my tires air condition and windshield wiper fluid was topped off and it totally wasn’t. I rather deal with this in good faith and it’s never my attention to leave a bad review but no one responded to the service feedback.

Was concerned due to noticing oil on rear drive unit oil cooler on my recently purchased M3P. I wanted it inspected to make sure it wasn’t leaking even though no warning messages. They cleaned it up and test drove it to make sure it stayed clean. Good news was probably just residue from assembly. They buttoned it up and had me back on the road in no time.

First class experience. The customer service and communication were excellent. Repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. They had me in a loaner for the day and worked hard to get my car back to me the same afternoon.

Waited for appointment for 3 months, just to hear some common conclusions out of the door, that I need to change phone. I can do that without special expert appointments. At least make it look like you trying to help. Phone is working fine with everything except Tesla car.
