Tesla Service Londonderry

I brought my 2026 Model Y Juniper in to repair an A/C issue (air wasn't blowing from the dash vents) and to address a known front suspension issue. First Visit: It took nearly 6 hours just to diagnose the A/C issue. By the time they figured out a part needed to be ordered and that a second appointment was required, everyone—including the cleaning staff—had left. They had removed and reinstalled the entire dashboard during the diagnosis. While they performed a complimentary tire rotation and provided a few courtesy gifts, the car was returned to me with dirt and grease stains on the front seat, door, and dash. Worse, a new, heavy cabin noise appeared immediately after I drove away. I was assured I’d receive a loaner vehicle for the follow-up appointment so I wouldn't have to wait around. Second Visit: When I arrived two weeks later, I was told there was no loaner available and that I’d have to wait on-site, completely disrupting my workday. Before they took the car, I explicitly reported the new cabin noise and requested that they be careful not to dirty the interior. Outcome: While the A/C was fixed, the cabin noise caused during the first visit remains completely unaddressed, and my car was once again returned covered in dirt and grease. Poor communication, lack of care for customer vehicles, and unresolved issues created by their own service team. I will not be returning to this service center."

My wife and I had some steering/suspension noises coming from the front of our 2021 Model Y. We took it there in February and we were quoted 4,315$. They tried to convince us that it was a safety concern and we needed to get it done. We decided we weren't going to do it at that time. In early July we took it to the Peabody service center. We walked out of there with it costing 348$ fixing the same noise/issue. I will never take it to this location again, either they were trying to upsell my wife or they misdiagnosed it big time. Either way, lost my trust.

What a great first Tesla Service experience. The location is easily accessible. Incredibly friendly staff. I had a service appointment so I parked my car outside when I arrived. I was encouraged to just drive it into the service area if the building next time to make it easier for myself. The waiting area is huge, quiet with snacks, drinks and free Wi-Fi. The showroom is right here as well so it was great to look and touch the new models without any sales pressure. They had a Plaid motor, a heat pump, B-pillar cameras and FSD Computers displayed. I saw multiple people coming in to pick up their new purchases.

I showed up at the Tesla service center to get some diagnostics performed. They were backed up with a lot of work so they told me the diagnostics would not get done for another couple days. So in the meantime they let me use a complimentary Model Y while they kept my car to do work on, which I thought was awesome. Very nice staff and they made dropping off the loaner vehicle very easy.

Their Tesla car giveaway is a scam stay away from it. They've already taken hundreds of dollars from me. I have the proof too. Don't apply they'll never leave you alone scammers
