Tesla Service Los Gatos

Since the last week, everyone at the service center has left 2 hours earlier than the closing hours. Why even bother adding service hours? Needed immediate assistance but can’t even get a hold of any service representative. Sales staff has just been telling me the service staff has left early. This is a joke.

I had my Tesla towed here and fixed. The estimate for the repair after diagnosis was $1700, which I approved. Standard practice. When I picked it up, they told me they also replaced the 12v battery and the cost was $200. This was not in the original estimate nor did I approve it. So total was $1900. They also wouldn’t give me back the removed battery. So 2 stars because the car did get fixed. But -3 stars for bad experience.

My experience is being good but I have always been attended by the same person Ivan, great customer service and makes things happen. I had other interactions during my car being serviced and not helpful at all that was Erick.

Recently had out Model Y repaired and was not sure if it was going to be covered under warranty. The whole experience was five star, check in was easy, repair was covered under warranty and picking up the car was quick. Very happy with the service advisers comuication and the work that the technician did. Thank you!

Brought our tesla in because the front wheel trim was coming off. They replaced it but I could tell it was not aligned with the car. I brought it up and they blamed my fender. They claimed its fine. One month later.. guess what is sticking out? The same part. Brought to Tesla Sunnyvale and it looks perfect!
