Tesla Service

Tesla replaced the rear motor. After I picked the car up from service, the car started making loud noise every time I would release the gas pedal. The noise was similar to having the rolling watermelon in my trunk. I came back to service right away and complained about the issue. In response I was told that I must have had this issue before I dropped ithe car off for the repair and I was given another estimate of 2k to replace a part that is attached to the tire. My dad took the car to a car mechanic for a general overview and it came out that Tesla service people didn't tie the motor tight enough and that's why it was making that strong noise. The issue was fixed in 10 minutes and the car stopped making that noise right away. I was very disappointed that Tesla service guys didn't secure the motor properly and when acessed the issue with the noise after replaced motor, couldn't come with the true reason of the noise. But instead provided me with another estimate to replace the part that was in the great condition. Great lack of technical knowledge.
