Great folks here. One woman in particular was OUTSTANDING. Really went out of her way to help me with a small but impactful annoyance, and was super collaborative, smart, and cheerful throughout. The company, in terms of its divisions and policies, is pretty dysfunctional, but this gal was stellar and really went the extra mile.

Make an appointment, park it, go to reception to check in, sit in the lounge to wait for completion. Get notified when it's done, you go grab your car yourself and out you go. Lounge area has coffee espresso machine and water.

Appointment for alignment made months in advance. Indicated that I would have to wait at service center. An hour and 1/2 after appt start time and work hasn’t even begun on my vehicle. I have to pay a dog walker because of this service center’s tendency to overbook. One out of three service appts has been performed in a timely manner.

One of the back seat buckles stopped latching. Tesla service offered Tesla Mobile service. The appointment set up was simple. The communication was clear and promptly. Technician named Soap arrived on time. He got the job completed under an hour. Highly recommend Tesla Mobile Service. Thank you Soap!
