Tesla Service Madison

I don't remember the exact date of the first time that I talked to Jake I am not sure on his last name but my name is Cody Eisfeldt obviously and from the first time I've come into Tesla up to this process where I'm ordering my Tesla Jake has been great and has helped along the way and is also helping and wants to help me make the right choice for what I need. Specifically to you Jake thank you shout out you are a great Tesla employee and a great person I appreciate everything you are doing and have done and continue to do.

5 months ago my husband and Is model Y needed a replacement headlight. I was told that it was inspected and ready to go, after driving 3hrs home we realized the headlight would not shut off. After communicating with Jeff the service manager he informed us that there was a software mismatch and it would need to be updated. Once they pushed an update through everything seemingly worked. A few weeks later however, our autopilot, cruise control, and entire computer system failed. We contacted Jeff again who insisted it was a complete computer failure, and quoted us 3k to fix. We called with him back and forth (fairly spott-ely) and he was insistent it was a 3k fix. We waited because it wasn’t something we could afford right now, and being a few hours away would be difficult for us to do. Today, 3 months later, we contacted Milwaukee, who in a two hour period, told us they could remote software update it and fix the issue we have had for 3 months that we were told; again by Jeff—that it would be a few thousand dollars to fix. And ta-da in two hours thanks to Daniel at the Milwaukee service center our car was fixed. Avoid Madison at all costs. Awful service, awful communication, won’t fix the actual issues and will try to nickel and dime you for things you might not even need to pay for.

Staff are always very nice and helpful. Dropped off our Tesla for a new windshield and they loaned us another model X.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help out.
