This Tesla service centre is not good service and not give to respect and this is too much bad, so make sure improve your managers and tell them give it to respect for the customer

Heyyyy The service centre, never pick the call. I could I call couple of times, but he not answer my call and then after like you know, I just physically going on service centre and I tell sir, why you not pick my call and then after give me your number and then after calling on service number and then after he say pick my call and I pick the call and say hey I am on the service centre. Please tell me your concern so it disrespect me and this service centre manager doesn’t have gave respect and this is not good thing, so please improve your manager. Improve your system and I already sent the message on headquarter Tesla. This is too much bad service.

Of zero help! Refused to own the issues blatantly obviously wrong on my car at less than 255 miles on it! Then when FSD shut down and get an error message they tell me to drive 5 to miles for recalibration. What the hell!? I drove here 15 miles reboote dit molded 3 times STILL wouldn’t work .. they are just shewing me away . Run! Run from this service service they do not give two $hits about you AT ALL! Not buying a 3rd tesla . You ALL absolutely SUCK!

Can’t say enough good things about the service here! We had a major suspension issue while travelling from Ontario - our car became undriveable. They ordered parts for our much older model and got it in for service asap to get us back on the road quickly. Thank you team! Great communication along the way

I’ve done 3 service center appointments as well demoed a few vehicles out of this location. Each time I’ve had an excellent experience from both the sales team and the service center team, they all went above & beyond in their customer service, especially Sinit from the service center and Gage in sales. Thank you again and please keep putting your customer first!
