Excellent customer service

Not sure what the bad reviews are about but my experience was wonderful. The staff was very professional, straight forward and made the whole process easy. Now my completion date kept changing for service on the rear motor of my 2021 model 3 performance but at least they gave me a decent loaner with all the bells and whistles while it was being serviced. They only complaint I could possibly have is that they called me at 14:00 today telling me my car was finished (the app told me it would be completed by 17:00 on Friday, it's Tuesday) and gave me only 12 hours to return the the loaner and pickup my car. That should be 24-48 hours in my honest opinion to work around work schedules and travel time. Overall I'm happy my car is fixed and I wasn't just left stranded.

I hate even giving one star. They really don't care about their customers. We were getting ready to buy a truck. We will look elsewhere.

This Tesla service center is a complete joke. I honestly cannot believe how bad the experience was, especially for a company that loves to brag about being “premium.” The service was slow, careless, and wildly overpriced. They charged me an absurd amount of money for what should have been a straightforward service, with little to no explanation of what I was actually paying for. No transparency, no justification—just a massive bill and a “take it or leave it” attitude. It feels less like a service center and more like a cash grab. Communication was awful. Updates were vague or nonexistent, timelines meant absolutely nothing, and trying to get a straight answer from anyone felt impossible. The staff acted annoyed any time I asked a question, as if expecting basic customer service was unreasonable. Appointments are meaningless here. Long waits, zero urgency, and no accountability. I walked away feeling completely taken advantage of and frustrated beyond belief. For how much Tesla charges, this level of service is unacceptable. If you’re expecting professionalism, honesty, or value for your money, you won’t find it here. This place damages the brand more than it helps it. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time and overpaying for subpar service.

This was a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable tech and advisor. It felt more personal and i was well taken care of. I’ve had nightmares in the past but this was a good experience. Thank you for fixing my hvac system.
