Tesla Service Meridian

Knowledgeable, accommodating, and willing to take the time to help me understand what issues needed to be addressed.

Super knowledgeable service department, took care of my issue asap as I was traveling through for work.

I always have a fantastic experience at the Meridian service center. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and most importantly, genuine. I was kept updated through the app the entire time, and they took the time to explain the work being done without making me feel rushed. It’s clear the staff here really cares about providing a great experience for their customers. Highly recommend!

Just can’t get any help at all from the service team.

Was on a road trip from north Idaho down south for my newborns medical care. Blew a tire and needed help getting back on the road to make all of our appointments. The service team was proactive in making sure they had the tire on hand and was helpful with their ETA. And on top of all of that, because they knew we were from out of town , after the repair they put our Model X on the supercharger to ensure we were ready to go. Can’t thank this crew enough. God bless you all.
