Tesla Service Merritt Island

We’ve used the Merritt Island service center a few times now, and there’s always something off: from scratching the leather seat while working on the glovebox, damaging the paint from where they removed the bumper, to picking up our car with more error codes than we came in with (all different visits, by the way). Take whatever time estimate they give you and add a day or two, too. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for any maintenance. We will take the 30min longer commute to the Orlando center from now.

Went to an FSD Workshop on 3/22/26 at Tesla Merritt Island. It was well done and all of my questions were patiently and enthusiastically answered. My main goal was to try FSD on Model Y with a Tesla rep in the car. This happened and it was amazing. (I previously went to WPB location and employees will not go on a test drive with you. They were not as kind or knowledgeable either.) This Workshop is perfect for those considering Tesla FSD, was just what I needed, and I will be ordering my Model Y soon. Thank you for offering the Workshops!!!

So much for the Tesla experience. Picked up car 2/16. Navigation is screwed up. Thinks car is in Texas at assembly plant. No cruise no fsd nothing. Evidently this is a well known issue. Tried everything and nothing. Can't get out of this lease and this car fast enough. There must not be QC at Tesla.

Test drove an X today, of course loved it but just out of our price range. Planning to go used but they don’t have those here. I will say that Josh (Joshua) was fantastic and was incredibly helpful. If I am able to get a new Tesla I will come to him! Thanks Josh!

They're shady. Said we didn't qualify for a loaner vehicle, but when pressed as to why we didn't qualify, all of a sudden they had a loaner for us. They make it up as they go as far as warranty coverage. Our car came with a lot of plastic trim issues but the guy just decided to cover some of them but not the rear bumper. They completely left out inspecting major suspension issues that we spoke with them about up front. They just kept trying to sell us a $275 alignment that comes with no warranty. Lastly and worst of all they ripped up our interior where there was no work to be done. They broke our glovebox, lost a piece of our door, and had our center console popped out and not reassembled. When we messaged them, they wouldn't even respond. They also returned our car with a drained battery when it was dropped off full, and disappeared for about 3 days when we said we really do need our suspension inspected.
