Tesla Service Miami Gardens

I was quoted a ridiculous sum of money ($865.00) online to repair some issues with my Tesla. After Tesla changed my appointment schedule twice (First one 10 days away, and second 17 days away,) I simply went directly to their dealership located in Miami Gardens. Very lucky day!! I was greeted with a genuine smile and very enthusiastic Service agent; Mr Michael Puno. After calming me down he quickly resolved the issues at $0.00 cost. Tesla is very lucky to have this man as a service agent. Even though I am VERY DISSAPOINTED with their online service, Micahel Puno in 10 minutes resolved all my issues. They are extremely lucky to have hired this very good natured and efficient person. If you go to that dealership, MICHAEL PUNO is the man you want to deal with. Kudos to you Michael, and thanks a million.

Today I want to share a very positive experience I had at Tesla Miami Gardens. I took my 2021 Tesla Model Y because for several days I had been hearing a squeaking noise when turning the steering wheel, especially while reversing and moving it side to side. I was very kindly assisted by Wesley Decenat (yes, the one who looks like Kevin Hart 🤣). Wesley, along with another member of his team, explained in detail that the issue required replacing the lower control arms (ouch 😜 — $740). They had the parts in stock and told me the wait time would be about an hour and a half. The waiting area is extremely comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to take photos, but it has: A coffee bar Tea A few snacks To my surprise, in just a little over an hour, my vehicle was already ready ✅. Wesley kindly came to let me know, and the checkout process was very quick. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was always professional and smiling. I’m truly very grateful and very happy with the service and professionalism of Wesley and the Tesla Miami Gardens facilities.

I walked-in without an appointment to replace a piece of fender trim that got knocked off during a drive. Service advisor Sergio Casas took care of me from beginning to finish. Thanks to him I was able to get back on the road after 35 mins.

Great service from start to finish. Alex did an outstanding job — professional, attentive, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Really appreciate how smooth and comfortable they made my morning. Highly recommend!
