Tesla Service Milford

I was on a road trip and was experiencing tire issues. I messaged the team and they were able to get my tire replaced same day. The entire service team was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I do not live in the area, but would recommend this location. If you’re thinking about getting tesla tire insurance, do it! I have had a few tires go bad and it has been money well spent.

Excellent communication, vehicle service completed timely and resolved the issue. Very satisfied. My only disappointment is Tesla needs a center closer to the Hartford area.

These guys are crooks, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESLA HERE! They scheduled to come to my house for something on my 2024 MSLR, they never showed up and never called me. When I called them they put me on hold for 45 minutes so I hung up and called back and the person that answered did not know their own product at all. I just gave up and cancelled the service and requested and eventually got a full refund on the upgrade. Then in June 2025 I damaged my rim and tire on a 2025 MSP by hitting a hidden pothole. I scheduled an appointment which took a month and was driving around just fine with it in the state it was in (little JB weld). When I took it in they didn't look at the tire and replaced the rim despite me saying I wanted their advice and not a rim replacement. When I asked them about the tire they created ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO REPLACE THE TIRE! I cancelled the other appointment, but had I they just told me that I needed a rim I would have spent $20,000 right there on the spot for the track package. Instead they replaced the rim and ransomed me for $900 to get my car back! I have a complaint in with the CT Department of Consumer Protection on this. What they did to me was just outright stupid. They decided to shake me down and piss me off over $900 when they could have gotten $20,000 out of me. Total morons. I love Teslas, I've bought two brand new Model S and got my dad to buy a brand new Model Y in the last 18 months. These cars are about as close to a perfect car as I can imagine. There is nothing I can say positive about my experience with Tesla Service, there are more stories I have since 2024 that I didn't even put in here. I'm pretty certain that my next car is going to be a Porsche Taycan, which I am well aware of as having lots of problems. But at least I know Porsche will provide decent service for them....

I haven't had any luck with this service center after multiple attempts. They are always fully booked and never answer their phones. I sat on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone due to an emergency with a dead battery. I called the Providence service center and spoke with someone immediately. Really wish they'd open another center in Hartford.
