They don’t repair problems and think it through. They find Electric parts that aren’t responding to the computer and replace parts as faulty, even if they are not faulty parts. Like obeying a flow sheet diagram;, not computer engineering; this must be the future of EV repair. In the end the car is repaired. For more than needed. But repaired. Dare you to find anyone better , it’s the future, repairing a car for less money.is gone. Used to be a prestigious mark for a mechanic. . The service people at the front gate are excellent and will work with you. But they are not first hands repair techs. Real mechanics. The information for the repair to the tech is lost in translation.. I’ve seen it simplified and misconstrued on my app! Wrong parts. Wrong part for side of car. But at least it comes up before you sign the ok. Elon , that’s the disconnect, It’s probably not doable to change Tesla, but you can get the front desk to fix it. But they give you a loaner . The labor costs are reasonable. Parts:. Like any Japan or German car will put you back.

I just had my first service experience at Tesla Seaside — and my first Tesla service experience overall — and it was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Everyone was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. The technician even rode with me so we could confirm the noise I was describing, and he immediately had a good idea of what the issue might be. After checking the car in, they quickly got me set up with a loaner for the day. Later that same day, I received a call that my car was ready. When I picked the car up, the team provided the same high level of care and professionalism. Best of all, the noise is completely gone. Honestly, it was one of the easiest and smoothest service experiences I’ve ever had. Many thanks to Chris and the entire team (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names). Also, when I first went in to test drive and eventually purchase my Tesla, the Seaside team was incredibly helpful throughout the process as well. Thank you again!

One-Star Review (Revised) This Supercharger has an ongoing problem caused by the attached service center. Three stalls are routinely blocked by service vehicles that are not charging. As a result, about half the station is often unusable. However, the Tesla app still shows these stalls as “available” because it only tracks whether a car is plugged in, not whether the space is physically blocked. Because of this, drivers are constantly routed here expecting open chargers, only to arrive and realize none are actually accessible. I regularly see cars pull in and immediately leave. On one visit, I watched three Teslas do this in about 20 minutes. That translates to dozens of drivers per day being misdirected and inconvenienced, and thousands per year. I’ve raised this issue with the service center, but they have refused to change their parking habits. This is not a minor inconvenience. It’s a systemic problem that wastes customers’ time and undermines confidence in Tesla’s charging network. The solution is simple: stop blocking active charging stalls.
