Nick provided an excellent service experience. He took the time to thoroughly verify the issue, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was properly checked before determining the solution. He took ownership of the problem from start to finish and got it resolved in record time. The entire process was timely, professional, and well organized. Charged $195 to remove a pickleball from under a seat! Brought in our 2025 Model Y under lease for a popping sound when taking 90 degree left and right turns. After initial diagnostic, the issue was a simple pickleball under the driver’s seat. Instead of charging a nominal fee of $50 or putting it under the warranty, the service technician charged us $195 which was originally going to be over $300! I am a loyal Tesla owner of three Teslas and a shareholder. Common sense, loyalty recognition and customer service didn’t exist during our experience. Disappointed and frustrated with the Service Manager’s decision to not take care of a loyal customer.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. As a very long term Tesla owner I've never so disrespected and talked down to in my life. The service manager Wil is Absolutely the worst customer service representative . Very Disrespectful and non-apologetic. @elonmusk if you're listening. These are not the kind of people you need to have working at Tesla especially in Naples Florida

Great service and first experience at this new location. Glad this is now available in Naples. Trekking up to Ft. Myers every time for service was getting tiresome.

I cannot thank this service team enough for their outstanding support. I had a completely flat tire while traveling with my toddler, and my usual auto shop told me it would take two days to get a replacement tire. Feeling stuck, I decided to call this new service center and spoke with Sergio, the service advisor. He was incredibly calm, reassuring, and confident that they could replace my tire the same day if I could get the car there before 5 PM. After a long 3.5-hour wait for AAA, my car finally arrived at the service center around 4:20 PM. Unfortunately, the technician had already left for the day—but instead of turning me away, the manager personally stepped in. He removed all the necessary parts and had my tire replaced in just 45 minutes! I have never been in and out of a service center in under an hour, especially not during the busy holiday season. Sergio and the entire team went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment, and their exceptional customer service truly made all the difference. Thank you again for the fantastic experience—your kindness and efficiency are sincerely appreciated!
