Great shop great people

Thank you to Tyler at the Nashville service center! After a conversation with a KY State Trooper we learned that our temp tag was not visible where it had been placed by the dealership. We called ahead to Nashville and Tyler was ready for us when we got there! Tyler had called our salesperson, reissued the tag, laminated it and had the service team mount it correctly to the bumper. He also explained the issue to our salesperson probably saving others the same conversation with a trooper. Talk about elevating the customer experience! Tyler had not caused the issue, but went above and beyond to correct the problem and get us back on the road safely and quickly. Tyler is a great ambassador for Tesla!

Completed the services I requested but ended up breaking my sunvisor clips on both sides. I called they offered to replace them after trying to say they didn't do it which is a lie but due to the location I am not willing to drive an hour to get them replaced so I'm going to just replace them myself.
