At Grok's recommendation, I downsized my 2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range RWD to 18" wheels and tires for better comfort and range using the exact specs of the 2026 Standard Tesla Model Y 18" wheels and tires model: 235/55 R18 tires and 18" x 8.5" wheels. I went to Sherman Way service centre for an alignment adjustment and was refused service, told to go to outside garage because my car was a used 2024 Model Y in non-OEM 18" wheels and tires. For the record Tesla doesn't sell an 18" wheels and tires package so I had to go find it in the aftermarket. I purchased my used 2024 Model at Tesla. I picked it up at Norwalk. This is really poor service.
