They addressed everything promptly, kept me informed throughout the visit, and made sure my car was taken care of with great attention to detail. I'm super satisfied with the service I received from Northbrook Service Center. My service adviser Johnny is great, very professional, courteous, friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I'm actually running out of adjectives to describe him as a person because he is really that great. He'll make you feel like you really matter and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. He takes his time explaining everything about the repair process and updated me constantly thru the Tesla app and called me as well to let me know about my Cybertruck repair progress. Tesla really made a superb choice of having him as one of their service adviser. Thanks Johnny and the rest of the service crew in the back for the great Tesla service experience. I requested a loaner and got a Cybertruck for my loaner. They sent me all the loaner documents thru the app so it’s very easy to just sign the loaner agreement. Just like my previous loaner experience with them, the loaner has FSD and came with free supercharging! I would not hesitate to go back if I need service again for my Cybertruck!

Had my windshield replaced. Excellent communication for each step of the process. Response time was quick throughout the process in the Tesla app. I didn’t receive a loaner, but they fully charged my battery and were kind enough to hold my car an extra day until I could pick it up. Really appreciated the flexibility and service!
