Cody the service manager is phenomenal at his job. He patiently answered all my questions with complete answers that were actually helpful and not just obligatory. Loaner car was nice and clean. Great job overall! I highly recommend this Tesla Service Center if you own a Tesla.

I mean as car service goes it would be challenging to make it easier than it is. They already have most of diagnostics in real time from the car. When it’s ready I just come pick it up anytime I like since it just sits outside, even after hours. The car was making a strange sound, they even did a short test drive to experience themselves, it’s a small thing but means a lot when they take the extra time. Thank you.

I came here a year and three days after buying my used 2021 Tesla Model Y from a dealership. It had one previous owner and no accident history. My car started displaying a “Steering and Braking Maintenance Required Immediately” warning, and it would also randomly slam on the brakes while using Full Self-Driving (FSD), making the feature unusable. For the 14 days leading up to my appointment, I was told the cost would be $119. When I dropped the car off, that same price was confirmed again to both my mom and me. Because of that, I fully expected my total to be $119. This morning, however, I received a bill for $476. I was then told that the $119 only covered the diagnosis and that because they worked on the vehicle for more than 30 minutes, additional labor charges applied. That was never explained beforehand, and it was very disappointing to learn after the work had already been completed. One of the reasons I chose Tesla was because owners often say that while the cars may cost more upfront, maintenance is generally reasonable. I have also continued paying for FSD, yet I have been unable to safely use it because of the constant warnings and unexpected braking. As a young college student paying for this repair myself, this unexpected increase was significant. My dad spoke with the service center to better understand what happened, and after that conversation, the estimate changed again to $414 because they found another issue with the vehicle. I do recommend having your Tesla inspected while it is still under warranty if you experience any warning messages. My frustration is not with the need for repairs, but with the lack of clear communication about the pricing. During the phone call, the advisor repeatedly told my dad that the service was “not about the money” and that they were not trying to make money from us. While I appreciate that sentiment, it did not change the fact that the quoted price changed dramatically without a clear explanation beforehand. Over the past 24 hours, I have felt misled by the way this situation was handled. I truly hope it can be resolved without further conflict. I have loved owning my Tesla over the past year, but this experience with the service center has been extremely disappointing and has changed my perception of Tesla’s customer service.

Quirky cars... quirky service experience... unless you have a quirky sense of humor, owning one of these things can be a considerable annoyance. The service at this garage is fine, the service from the mobile mechanic is fine. The problem is first, setting up the appt; second, the incredibly lengthy delay before the service-appt. arrives. First, a bricked car (in our case, a defunct battery thermal control module. Really? You have to remove the whole battery?) should be farther up the service queue, but the scheduling AI isn't smart enough to coordinate type of repair vs. availability of service... like many professional garages can. Whatever 'service-window' is open is the only option you have, even if it's a month and a half away. And, there's all sorts of issues which can brick these things. Second. Service-delay. It looks like some of these service-issues are build-quality/material issues... which clogs-up the service-queue. For example, our frunk-release was all screwed up; it wouldn't open and was stuck. The mobile-mechanic came out a few weeks later. Turns out, the whole latch assembly was a rusty mess. Another example is the suspension-boots... squawking and groaning. Why? They weren't holding lubricant, and were also letting moisture inside the boots... just goofy stuff. Keep an old Toyota around as a spare in case this thing needs work... just sayin'.

5-Star Tesla Service Experience – Highly Recommended! I recently took my Tesla in for service, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team at the service center was professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to making sure my vehicle was handled with care. What really stood out was service advisor Sam Tong, who was absolutely awesome throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and keep me updated every step of the way. Sam made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and stress-free – he’s a true standout and a credit to the Tesla service team. The Silver Rock process was surprisingly easy and seamless as well. Everything from claim approval to coordination with Tesla was straightforward, with quick responses and no unnecessary hurdles. It made dealing with the repair logistics a breeze, and I appreciated how painlessly it all came together. After picking up the car, it’s running perfectly. Tesla Service continues to impress me with their expertise, modern facilities, and customer-first approach. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something more involved, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back. Big thanks to Sam and the whole crew for the fantastic service!
