Tesla Service Ogden

Never bring your Tesla here for service. They tried to tell me my car wouldn't be ready until the end of following day for the back seat button not working. Tried to explain that it is very complicated and then when I said I cannot wait immediately cancelled the appointment... then said no one can look at it, when I said I wanted to talk to the service manager they decided that they magically can fix it today, we'll see how it turns out

Terrible customer service. I got multiple prices from different people for what I wanted done. When I went to check out, it was twice as expensive as I was shown a few minutes earlier. The worker made me reschedule an appointment because she was mad that I was upset about the extra cost. Overall, a terrible experience. I won’t go back there.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Only went to this tesla because my car broke down up here. Pleasant grove service has been amazing. They charged me 1400 for an inspection just to tell me they couldn’t service my car and had me pay to tow it somewhere else . Wouldn’t give me any info of who could fix it or who could tow it. Gave false information multiple times! NEVER GO HERE! Plus gave me no info about my car and had to uber for days without compensation!

Worst customer service we have ever experienced at a service center. Did not communicate effectively. Didn’t finish the service we paid for and wasn’t in a hurry to get it fixed right. We are 2 1/2 hours from the nearest Tesla service center so being delayed at picking up our car on the day promised is a big problem especially when they had a week to get a job that was only going to take a day to do and it still wasn’t done on the day we came back to get it. We will drive the extra 45 minutes to Salt Lake City next time. This place is a joke.

Great customer service every time I go. The mechanics take time to understand the issue and always find a great resolution.
