First of all, anyone going to a service center will most likely be in a foul mood from the start…I was no exception. That said, the service team that helped me was exceptional! I was stranded driving across the country with a broke Cybertruck, and the OKC team took care of me, working overtime to get me back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!!!!

DO NOT BOOK SERVICE HERE! These people do not want to help you. Brought my MYP in for three issues: Whistling noise from front windshield SOC/range/consumption issues Hitch cover not fitting They fixed 1/3 of these issues, being just the hitch cover, and then wanted to charge me $127. After I complained about the ridiculous price for just popping in the hitch cover, they freed my car of service status free of charge, but then just left it in the lot with the other two issues still completely unfixed. I am having to get in touch with management in an attempt to actually get things fixed. Unbelievable. Update: 26+ hours later and my car sat on the lot at 15% all day and absolutely nothing was done. They were even too lazy to plug in my car after the service was “complete”, as service centers are supposed to do. I had to verbally call to get a response out of anyone. Horrible experience from start to finish.

I drove from Wichita, Kansas to Oklahoma City for a wheel alignment. After the service, I was told one of my wheels was cracked and that I should be having tire pressure issues, which was surprising since I had recently installed new tires and had no pressure problems for over a month. I was then offered a replacement wheel. Shortly after leaving the shop, I began experiencing tire pressure issues that I had not had prior to the alignment. I’m sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions and ensure they ask for documentation before proceeding with additional repairs.

I had a great experience at the Tesla service center. Initially, I faced issues with my charger and app scheduling, but Mike and Daylon quickly resolved everything. Mike’s quick thinking with needle-nose pliers saved the day, and Daylon arranged an official appointment for when my parts arrive. Thank you both for your excellent service!

Based on my specific visit, the service was very good. One small gripe I have is that they had pretty terrible communication once I arrived. Here's how it went: I walked in, approached the"check in desk", I told the man that I had a 930 appointment, and he told me that he'd be right with me and told me to have a have seat - without checking my name or my car, or any other identifiable information. After a couple of minutes, I just saw my car drive off from the parking lot, AGAIN, without telling me a thing. Without asking me for my keys, without asking me if I wanted to retrieve something from my car. I approached the desk again, and I asked if THEY took my car to the garage, or if someone random had just stolen my car. Lol He didn't even know... So he checked his computer and told me that yes, they took the car to the garage and they would work on it. I asked how long it would take - to determine whether i needed to get a taxicab out of there, or if I could just wait. He said that they were going to do a diagnostic and if they needed to replace a cable, it would take all day, but that he'd let me know in a couple of minutes after the diagnostic. I waited for about 15 minutes, and no word. After walking around the lobby, i notice my car is parked at the parking lot again. I approach the man, and ask him if they're done with my car. AGAIN, he tells me he doesn't know and proceeds to check on his computer. He proceeds to tell me that yes, it's all done and I'm good to go. Yes, I do appreciate expediting processes, and I appreciate that it didn't take any time at all. However, as anyone who's ever taken their car to the shop, we plan our day around it, so it would be nice to get some information in order to determine what we can and can't do - what if i had actually left in a taxicab? Now I'm 5 miles away, and spent 20 bucks, and now I have to come back just because they didn't communicate that it wouldn't take long, etc. I don't know if this is a constant problem at this location. And again, I DO appreciate them performing the work as fast as possible and as efficiently as possible. But a little communication goes a LONG way. Aside from that, I was very pleased. The desk man was very friendly. The lobby was clean and offered free coffee and restrooms. No other complaints. If they improve on their customer service skills and with their communication, they would definitely get the extra star that I took off.
