Dupreme Taylor Sr. The service advisor gave us extraordinary service. First he guided us through multiple apps in order to help us with complications. Then while in the service area continued to give exceptional service with a friendly attitude and communication. The person I spoke with was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, handled my issue smoothly and gave me consistent updates about my service without me even having to ask. Undoubtedly one of the best service departments I have been to.

I had a really positive experience at the Tesla Service Center. I originally dropped off my car for service, and during the process, my windshield ended up getting damaged. It was a frustrating situation at first, but the way the team handled it completely turned things around. They reviewed the photos taken before the service, which clearly showed there was no prior damage, and took full responsibility. The team was extremely professional, understanding, and quick to act—they arranged to have my windshield repaired without any hassle. A special thanks to Dupreme Taylor Snr and Kasey the manager for going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The level of customer care and accountability here really stood out. I highly recommend this location—at the end of the day, what matters most is the people, and this team truly delivers.
